Steps to create a new discount coupons
1. In the control panel sidebar, click (Discount Coupons).
2. On the Discount Coupons page, click (New Coupon).
3. Enter the required data (voucher data) in the tab.
These data are:
1- Coupon code. Consists of English letters and numbers, with no spaces between letters.
2- The type of discount. Discount percentage (the percentage of the amount is discounted) or a fixed amount regardless of the amount.
3- The start and end date of the discount. If you do, do not specify a discount date.
4-Free shipping indicated by yes or no.
5- Would you like to include the discounted item first in the discount voucher / voucher, excluding the discounted item?
6- Minimum purchase. This refers to the minimum purchase value for which the buyer is entitled to a discount voucher.
7- Repeat use by everyone if you want to apply a certain number of discounts regardless of the number of customers who have coupons.
8- The number of times one customer has used it, the number of times one customer wants to use the same coupon.
9- Whether the coupon is a marketing coupon. Finally, save all the data you entered.
4. On the tab (Included in Coupon), enter the parameters (description, product, customer, etc.) to which the coupon applies.
For example, you can select customers in the built-in customer group who want to make a bank transfer.
NB. You can use the customer email field to specify an email domain to create a coupon customized for a specific organization or company.
5. In the “Exclude from Coupon” tab, enter the parameters (category, brand, carrier, product, customer) to be excluded from the coupon.

From the Coupons page, select the coupon as a Marketing Coupon, enter the name of the seller, the type of fee (fixed percentage), select the fee rate and additional information.
How can a customer apply or cancel a voucher request?
Customers can apply coupons to their orders in two ways:
1- Apply coupons at the stage of order completion.
2- Please apply the coupon to your cart before placing your order.
You can add the purchased item to your cart and click the shopping cart to apply a discount voucher to see the discounted item price and the total price of the discount cart.
